Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, for hygienic purposes due to the nature of the products we sell, returns are not accepted. Depending on the scenario a discount code, replacement, or store credit may be issued.
We cannot guarantee an order can be cancelled after it is placed. However, we will try to accommodate the request if the request if made within 24 hours. Please email email@example.com for assistance with this matter.
Delivered, Not Received
We recommend waiting a few days to see if your package arrives. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered but arrive days later. Checking with neighbors should also be a step taken as it may have been delivered to the incorrect mailbox or door. Lastly, contact UPS to see if they have any information. If you are still unable to retrieve the package, please email us.
Returned to Sender:
If your order is returned to our warehouse by the carrier, you may request a store credit or reshipment.
Entered Incorrect Address:
We understand that mistakes happen however due to faster fulfillment, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee we will be able to make changes to an order after it's confirmed. If it has been 24 hours or LESS since the order was placed, we ask that you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Please include your name, order number and the new address. Once an order has been marked shipped, we can NOT make any changes to the order. We highly recommend double checking and ensuring that all information has been entered correctly before submitting your order.
In this scenario, if your order has been delivered to the incorrect address, we are not responsible.
